The anchor sleeve installation process is as follows:
| Requires measuring out locations for placement of anchor bolts. Once locations are marked on forms a hole is drilled through form to allow threaded end to pass through form. |
| A nut is placed on thread suspending anchor bolt and sleeve in void to be filled with poured concrete. |
| After concrete sets the nut and form are removed exposing the top of the anchor sleeve, which can be cut off and unthreaded from the anchor bolt creating a grout pocket around the anchor bolt. |
| The anchor bolts are then adjusted dimensionally to an accurate distance between bolts for placement of equipment or structural steel. |
Once the adjustments are completed the grout pockets are filled with a non-shrinking grout. Then installation of equipment or structural steel can proceed.
